Joe Sheppard holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Marketing from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.  Before coming to Hager Real Estate (now Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS®) in 1989, Joe was Technical Sales Manager for Teleflex, Inc, Marine Division, a multi-million dollar corporation. She enjoyed a 20-year career in investment sales, leasing and management, and ownership of a national franchise real estate office.  Her interest in financial matters led to further study and a career in real estate investments, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University.  She is on the faculty of the Temple University Real Estate Institute.  Judy spent several years as an Investment Counselor in a Regional bank brokerage division before joining Kades-Margolis as the Director of Financial Planning.  Judy is NASD licensed to offer mutual funds, variable annuities, stocks, bonds, direct participation programs and investment advisory products.  She holds insurance licenses in life, health, accident and long term care.  She also maintains her Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's license.
