COLLEGEVILLE, PA – 1031 CORP. is excited to announce Michele Rist as Chief Operating Officer based in the Company’s Collegeville headquarters. As COO, Michele is tasked with providing leadership, management, and vision to ensure that the business has successful people, operational controls, and administrative and reporting procedures in place. She will partner with the senior leadership team to effectively grow the company and ensure its financial strength and operating efficiency.

Michele joined 1031 CORP. after serving in various positions at Title Alliance, Ltd. and, most recently, at Investors Title. She brings with her over 25 years of extensive experience in operations and market development as well as a variety of management roles, including corporate training and sales.
