Jordan will oversee all reverse and improvement exchange transactions facilitated by Reverse 1031 CORP. for clients of 1031 CORP. as well as other qualified intermediaries.
Jordan has extensive experience assisting investors and business owners in all aspects of real estate transactions, including but not limited to 1031 like-kind exchanges. This expertise is invaluable as he educates and guides investors and their independent tax and legal professionals through complex reverse and improvement exchange transactions. In addition to working as a qualified intermediary, he spent many years as a real estate attorney in private practice private where he advised and represented individuals, business entities, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in all matters related to commercial and residential real estate, corporate law, and civil commercial litigation as well as national commercial counsel for a large national title insurance company.

He co-chairs its Ethics Committee and is a member of the FEA’s government affairs and education committees. Jordan frequently speaks to groups and presents webinars to audiences interested in tax-deferred exchanges, and is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association (Real Property Law & Real Estate Taxation Committees), Illinois Real Estate Alumni Forum, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association (Real Estate Law Section), and Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. He also has previously served on the Jewish Council for Youth Services (Board Designate, Finance Committee & Scholarship Committee).
