Markham first joined 1031 CORP. in 2019 as Vice President and Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest. After practicing law in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, she returned to 1031 CORP. in 2024 to oversee legal affairs and parking exchange operations. Today, as President of Reverse 1031 CORP., she leads the company’s strategic growth in reverse and improvement exchanges while continuing to guide legal matters for both organizations.
Laura is an admitted attorney in Arizona, Idaho, and Oregon, Laura earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.S. from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
