As CCO, Marissa is tasked with ensuring the Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations by monitoring, creating, and implementing training on exchange and banking policies, regulations, and support systems and technology. Her focus is compliance, team training, and Company infrastructure.

LoCascio will bring almost twenty years of experience within the 1031 like-kind exchange industry and 1031 CORP. to this position. She will partner with the senior leadership team to identify and execute company initiatives related to systems and regulatory guidelines. In her previous role as Director of Operations, LoCascio utilized her 1031 exchange industry knowledge and Company systemizing processes to increase efficiencies and ensuring compliance with the 1031 regulations and industry best practices.
