Margo McDonnell, CES® Award Presented to Mary Cunningham

Nearly Two Decades of Board Service Recognized 

September 13, 2019, COLLEGEVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA - 1031 CORP. announced The Margo McDonnell Certified Exchange Specialists^® Perpetual Award for Outstanding Service was presented to Mary Cunningham by the Certified Exchange Specialist^® (CES^®) Certification Council at the 24^th Annual Conference of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) in New Orleans, LA.  

The award was created in 2008 by the CES^® Certification Council of the FEA to honor Margo McDonnell, CES^®, President of 1031 CORP., who spearheaded the industry’s efforts to launch the voluntary certification and continuing education program and recognizes a Certified Exchange Specialist^® (CES^®) that has demonstrated extraordinary service to the qualified intermediary industry.  She served as a Charter CES^® Certification Council member and was co-chair of the Certification Council from 2002 – 2008 and an ex-officio Council member for several additional years. The award has been presented annually to a CES^® Designee.
