1031 Exchange Specialists, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with 1031 CORP., marking an important step in continuing to serve and support our valued clients and professional partners. This decision was made with great care and consideration, with a clear focus on ensuring continuity, stability, and the highest level of service for those who have trusted us over the years.

As part of this transition, 1031 Exchange Specialists, Inc. will complete all currently open exchanges to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience. Moving forward, 1031 CORP. will begin initiating all new exchanges, bringing its depth of experience, resources, and client-first approach to serving our community. We will begin winding down operations in anticipation of retiring at the end of the year.
